Everyone is at its best

What happen when you meet someone who are as equal qualified like you and they have been appointed from same higher authority? No doubt one should try to make their work much appreciable and their work is outstanding compared to other once, one may argue that they do require putting extra effort to complete their work.

Sometime this argument may leads to create great fight among the organization and may require taking serious actions. At such situation higher authority comes in mercy to sort out such problem in future, and may wish that same situation would not appear next time.

Higher authority could take decision to exchange work of another and they may give chance to realize, how fish is taking breath in such messy water? Most of time such argument may occur due to lack of having appreciation or jealousy, it pangs a lot when one should not be appreciated by management.

One should have to understand that management is there to give importance to one at a time, they are always there to make sure everyone is placed at their best, everyone is as important as like every part of human body.

Everyone should have to realize their limitation and capability and understand why do they have been appointed at particular work? At the same time it should be thought if you could be appointed else, do you really try to make such good thing which you are doing?

In short, Its sure that everyone is placed at their best by almighty and one has given particular work to do, one should not feel that other’s work are not so important compared to theirs, all are interrelated and you could do your work easily because someone is doing other work nicely.

Health as the most important part of life

Health of oneself is much important than anything in life, if you are fit by health there is chance to get what you want, if health does not give you support there are very less chance of your success.

Health is the only thing where one stops and it does not allow to anyone go beyond it, resistive factor of once is health, health should be maintained carefully, all required things should be done for it, for health nothing should be taken as granted, if something is not confirm with your body, you should stop it immediately.

Question may arise why one should give attention to their health before anything? But this question will only be unanswered until you have not passed through illness of your health; you have not gone through experience of severing illness.

There are many stages in life where one should have to be very crucial for health, it does not necessary that one should have to think every moment for it but at least in a day for a hour or in a week for some hours one has to give attention to his body and his health, one should have to consider their daily schedule, one should have to look out on their work around and meal they take daily. Does it enough balance of your work and you give nourishment to your body? Does it take necessary rest when needed?

There could be many checklists maintained and one could go easily with it once in a week and come to know about their efficiency and effectiveness of their body.

Only your good health will allow you to take out from any worst situation you have ever faced in your life, it should be given enough care when you have not crossed bottom line of severing illness. Because once it has gone out of control it takes a long time to put again on its routine.

Compensation of time is not always required

Time does not go well all the time, as a human being we try to make mistake and we don’t cover up our valuable things in given time. It requires to complete which we have take and left in the remaining time.

On the natural hazards one does not have control and in consequence one does go through it without expecting and considering it when they have started their work. Does it necessary or require when one should elapsed that time in the hazards and one should request to compensate time in the new fresh time?

I say that hazards are not expected from earlier and due to that one is suffering, instead of requesting to compensate next valuable time with wasted time, one should consider some natural hazards and they should try to prevent it.

One does not require compensating the time if one good plan was made earlier and at that time possible hazards was taken in consideration. Always passing through hazards is not well for any one, no body wishes to waste their time, more over it is not required at all to requesting someone to compensate time.

Compensation of time is only required when one has committed mistake with prior intension, or one does put all together in mess-up which somebody has planed earlier. Everytime compensation of time is not required; one should consider effort placed by everyone before time wasted in natural hazards and take decision based on it to prevent such hazards next time.

Vacation, how necessary is it?

Obviously when once hear the word “Vacation” some shine covers up their face, they already trying to feel freedom of those moments.

Vacation is always needed for rejuvenate yourself, to charge yourself, to refresh and make ready yourself for coming next challenge. Moreover it gives chance to spend your time with your near once, you get enough of valuable moments in those time.

Vacation can be from couple of days to couple of months and some time it stretches couple of years. It does not necessary how long you take vacation, it’s always worth to have quality time and you should have all the fun which you missed out in your routine life.

Vacation comes up with desire to lookout new adventures, reunion, site seeing. Vacation does depends on the person to person test, it may be possible one may be enough happy to spend time at home and one does wish to go in long journey, it’s once choice and it should be fulfilled in that time.

Now question comes, does it really necessary to go in vacation? Yes it is very much important to go out when you get time, or if you are not getting time for it you should take away time from your busy schedule. Vacation gives plenty of things when you go there, it changes your attitude to see life, many time it happens that people are seemed to be bored with their routine life, people wish to have change. Sometime in hurry they took wrong decision, vacation is the time when you really give time to yourself and don’t compare your life with others, you see yourself and you get to know what is actually needed to you. Actually most of time we need break from our routine hectic life and we don’t wish to change our life at all from where we are.

To make you energetic and work efficiently, it is needed to go in vacation time to time. And that could be one reason many organization tends to offer their employee very attractive vacation with their family. Organization knows if person would be mentally fit, they will surely give more output then they do in stress and bored situation.

Life of Protagonist

Protagonist seems to be main figure of society and have been watched out their act in each and every point. They are not allowed to live their way, many followers and people are watching on them.

In early it looks to have such respectable life and always wish to continue as long as it lasts on. But gradually when time goes on, freedom take out from them and they pardon on their living as protagonist.

Everyone do not get chance to live life as protagonist, some people work very hard to achieve that label and some are already blessed with God and they are born to be protagonist. Society always tries to copy and follow them, they think protagonist will always do right thing and each and every steps will lead to new height in the life, they wish they should follow them and one day people consider themselves as protagonist.

Life of protagonist lived by the way their act and impact on the society they are living or serving, Protagonist are always at certain level feels to take out from their life, they wish to leave behind all and make the history of their life, they are so much conscious in their life, they always think about effect of their act before acting on it, but surely they do this so when they get to know they are protagonist.

Protagonist will not behave uncommon until they are figured out they are protagonist, once they found it, life would change with conscious and restless journey will start to find last and final goal of life and make life of people better with it.

Routine life we use this words... “To be practical” Many such things every time with many ways with many people around us.

Does it really possible for anyone to behave it on that way when situation comes and related to your loved one and related to people affect your life a lot? There are many situation when one cannot think that way, one takes decision in negative way and one behave oppose to what exactly s/he needs to be...

One can’t deny their emotion with respect to their practical behaviour, one could try their level best be as much as to be honest in their decision. We should understand and accept situation when it comes to be practical and behave gently in regards of giving all fare parts of their life.

At a point it does always comes possibility of favourite and liked to anyone, one should always try to benefit them what so ever they have done with them, it’s not necessary that they are always take care of their self respect at the cost of their relationship and at the cost of someone’s life long.

It should be accepted gently with great motto of having bright memory of those days of favouring and unpredictable time to move on.

In short, we can say that how much any one seems to be practical in their real life, and advising any one to be practical and move one, there might have already passed through those situations and in turn they are trying to give motivation to others to be practical. Truth of life could only be gained with experience not by reading the black and white fonts on the paper.

Reason can’t be told every time

Many times it happens that we don’t hear back any worth words from the people who were used to share many things with us, obviously it does create embarrassment when it comes.

However we don’t try to understand perception of other person, we always try to make our self on the top of them ,we think that they should tell you everything, we used to hear most of time when they need us, we make them depends on us. Just think if you really like to help them or wish to be with them and want them to be top on their life, do you wish that they should ask you every time, do you wish they should stop and ask you for further step?

Certainly, many time reason are not to be discussed or not to be told to a person who are very near to us, if we do it so, it would surely leads to solution of problem but that makes you depends upon the person and situation every time.

It’s better that sometime reason not be told and let it go and move ahead with problems, it might makes strong and prepare one to face any hard situation in life.

Reasons are always there but it should have their space and time with respect to person to person, and many reasons are not easy to understood to someone when it really affects a lot in once upon a time in life time.

Friends, fuel of life.

When I was thinking to write about Friends, I was just confuse to give title to this post, as friends are immutable part of life and there could be rare people in the world who don’t have some good or best private friends with whom they can share anything of their life.

Then later on, Fuel word came to mind and I thought they are fuel of life, if we don’t fuel in vehicle they just stop and can’t go ahead, same are friends. Without friends life seems to be stop, we don’t think our life without few of people in our life.

Friends are people who are not our relatives, they are not in our blood relation, they don’t expect from us to do anything, they don’t wish to gain anything, they are just to give everything, they are there to give happiness in our life, they are there to make our life valuable, they are there to feel us special, they are there to make us outstanding in the world.

In life, we come across many people, few of them create their place in our life, without them we can’t think to have our lives, and they are such an important part of life. But it’s also true that we don’t able to pass whole time with them, we don’t get enough time to spend with them, we always feel that time was not enough, we used to give more and more time to them, we wish we could spend more time together.

In every stage of life we require some good friends with whom we can share our life, we don’t feel any fear from them, we don’t regret to say any silly thing to them, they will hear us though how stupid we are going to say.

Every friends has their own space in our life, some of them seems to be behave as our guide, our teacher, they take care of ourselves as child, also in some case we need to take care them as baby, and always it seems to be fun each and every moments we spend together.

Friends are always there to support us, sometime it also requires to get angry on us when we do mistake they are always there to make bright future of us. But unfortunately sometime we forget friends, who were so important in our lives a day and now we move forward in our lives, but it does not necessary to have met every day. It does require to have same charm when we meet them after years, it requires to feel same feeling when we become enough older to wear specs, and we become enough tired to run in ground. Friends feels to be proud when anyone praise about our friends, they make life live.

At this time I feel to write a message to all friends who makes life valuable...

My Dear Friends,

Thanks for being with me everytime of my life, I know many times I hurt you and still you were there to support me. Many times it happens that I didn’t follow your wish but still you were there to allow me to go ahead, you are always there to tell me pros and cons before I tell you about anything, but not a single time you didn’t stop me to follow my wish.

I would like to say you sorry if anytime I hurt you, I wish now I’ll always try to keep you smile for me as you are always trying.

Dear Friend, you make my life energetic, you fuel in my life and make my life in smooth way. I may not able to express you how you are valuable in life but today I am trying to express with my words.

Old Monk’s advice

In old days there was tradition of monk and to be blessed with them when we start new thing in our life or take advice from them. They were living outside from town and analyzing life of people, in some time they visit various province nearby and study out their living.

Let me try to write a short incident of those days.

There was a very studious guy, he completed his study and started to run his own business. His parents were worried about his marriage as boy was talented and in those days very few girls study well. Boy saw many girls but he was not able to choose anyone for his life partner, his parents suggested him to visit a monk. The monk was very close to their family, he knew about this.

Boy bowed to monk and he gave blessing. Monk heard problem of boy and his parents, monk requested to choose a beautiful flower from his garden and then he would give solution of boy’s problem, but there was a condition that once boy passed from the way, he would not have choice to return back on that way. After much time boy returned with no flower, monk asked reason for it.

Boy explained that in his way he found many beautiful flowers, he was about to take one but then he felt that he would get more beautiful than that one. Gradually he came to end of garden and there was condition that he would not return back to take old beautiful flower.

Now monk explained to boy, what so ever beautiful flower came across on your way is opportunity you were getting, and your feelings to have more beautiful was your ambitions. But if you always think that you would have more opportunity in future and say let it go to present opportunity, time would come when you will have no more opportunity.

Above story shades out life of recent days of people, most of times we leave out opportunity come across in life with hope of getting more opportunity.

It’s always wise decision to live in presence and work best in presence, automatically future will become bright.

You get when you ‘really’ need

There could be some situation arise when we don’t have control on it and we could be only victim of it. We try to make it workable but we don’t, our all try to make it doable don’t go as we expect.

It does not mean that we should stop to try, it just means that time has not come yet to eat fruit of it, you require to nourish more, you require to place much effort on it. Sometime one has placed all effort but still they don’t get what they wished or what they are trying to achieve.

Let me share you some example I came across in some day back.

One of my friends was searching job, he was frustrated in his job and he was trying to apply in many companies. He was talented so far and I was even wondering when he was not getting any job offer. His field was booming in market as per economical magazine was saying. His all try to find job was not worked and day by day it was affecting in his life, in few days he got pink sleep from his current job, and see within a week he got new job offer which was very attractive and having more benefits from last one.

Another friend was worried about his existing house, he wanted to buy new home, for that his old house should be sell and then can he would able to buy new house. He was many times trying to find customer for his old house but every time deal was not worked. He got news that he was going to dad in few months, we was certainly happy for that and also worrying for his house, he wanted to be in new house before baby come. Suddenly a person came forward and he asked to sell his house, he was surprised for that person, because with whom he talked earlier and he told No.

From above two examples, I am sure you get that when you really need there are someone who is going to help out.

Don’t try to lose your faith in universe, you will get if your need is right at its place.

Mass Production

Any organization have their view clear from their start up, they have two choice when they start up either they will serve to mass audience or some particular era of people.

Both of choices have their own pros and cons, but it has been noted that mass production requires much effort and much human resources compared to other path, as it obviously clear from its name.

It also possible that after seeing trend of market many organization tempt to get in it, it should be noted that it’s not easy to take a very new path and start on it. Certain factor should be clear before we get in, like mass production targets many people, it is driven by trends in market and also it does not necessary that it costs on quality, quality should be maintained though any number of product you develop.

Mass production is usually requires feedback from their consumer, there are so many organization already developing same product and you need to give that on competitive price and offer more features than others. Mass production can create slow cost and effective product, it should be reached to market in time, and else there would be no benefit of mass production.

On the side of organization it requires to place mass people on particular product and many things to place on it, like machinery, offices, service center etc. Once all is set out and people are tempting to consume product, one should be ready for consistent in production. The worst case could happen is that there are so much of demand and one can’t produce in time, for that separate team should be worked in organization and very aggressive to compete any type of demand in given time period.

Many organizations are ready to dive in this but few of them can take right benefit from it, else it could lead to loss.

Be careful to share your feelings

There are very few people who are not searching for right person to share their feelings, there are people who are waiting for right time to reveals what they have and speak out all.

Most of human beings have some problem and issues in their life, some of them are created by their own and some are given to them. All the time people are searching someone to speak out what they are carrying inside of them; they want to washout their emotion.

Once they feel that this is the right person or time they speak out without considering their future effects on any one’s life. They don’t care when they starts to reveal. It’s not bad thing but before that one has to think a bit, and look in foresight what could be cause if that would come wrong time with same person.

It really hurts a lot to person when they placed trust, faith and revealed out their life, there could be situation when next time people don’t try to place trust on anyone though they find right person.

Majority of people care for their self esteem and they don’t allow anyone to let it go. Only few people in life are allowed to behave anyway, not everybody is allowed to do so.

It’s better to think a moment before sharing out feelings with others; it surely gives great relief when feelings are shared, at the same time there would be possibility of future cause of immortal.

Feelings are tool which drives people in their life, that is the one which makes your relation worst or best.

Language of understanding

In my earlier post I wrote about language, it does not bound to any words. Let me again try to go in depth of it. Most of time in our mind language comes with pictorial of basic letter and words of it. Does it all language mean? Not certainly truth or false, it’s half part we understood.

Language is the medium through which you exchange your expression, through which you communicate and satisfy your basic needs, it does help to find your need in an easy way. There are loads of language are used around the world, even in your region if you travel some miles, people who speaks same language are sloped in their way. Each person has their own language to speak and express their instincts.

But one thing in all of them is common and is that they want to convey their feelings, they want to share their ideas, they want you to see world from their perspective. That’s called language of understanding. Language of understanding can be understood by everyone around the universe; it could be helpful to anyone. If anyone could get mastery on it, there would be no worry though he lives anywhere.

In my earlier post I talked about region and language barrier, people of the same region speak same language then why do they not understand each other? Why do they put their selves in trouble? They don’t understand language of understanding, if this could be learned, there would be no trouble anywhere, everyone would be happy.

Language of understating can be useful to anyone, it does not necessary to adequate with it, you should have basic qualification, that can be acquainted who adjust and understand situation with eyes of another person.

Before learning any language spoken in particular region, one should try to understand language of people where he lived out, once he learned there would be no need to learn any other language.

Dream reflects your life and personality

n a normal sleep we see many dreams and from them very few are remembered throughout the day. There are possibilities we wonder why we had such dream at particular night?

These dreams are somehow related to our life and attitude towards the world. Every dream has some meaning attached with it. If you check some dreams and try to figure out it’s meaning it will surely leads you to your attitude, how you see world, how do you like to have your life in your eyes.

Even in some disease doctor asks for dream you have, generally we have loads of dream in sleep and they don’t goes last on because in dreams you can go fast, you travel time more than you do in life. In dreams you can have all things which you wished and you sick to have, in dream you visit some unknown places, you meet unknown person, you do things which normally you avoid.

Scientists are searching and working around dreams of people, they want to figure out real cause of people’s problem, sometimes people can’t reveal what they want or how do they like to behave but their dreams do.

Let’s just go through some example of dream,

You try to think on a particular thing whole day and during sleep you may have dream of that thing. Many of you experienced with same. In short, dream comes up with what we wish and what do we expect from our life.

Sometime it possible that we see dream that does not relate with our life at all, this happens because our life is going on through so many past memories when we born, we don’t know about our past, they are hidden inside of us. Somehow they are inside of us, but we are not enough adequate to find it. Dreams are the way through which we lead to know about it.

As much as one can think, they would have many dreams. We only remember few of them; they are flushed out once we come out from sleep. If you remember some dreams it means it needs your attention.

Best practice to raise child

To have a baby in home, it’s really a non-explainable feeling one can have. Once a baby comes in home, it comes up with so many new energy and so much of happiness in life. Most of the time after having all settles down, one wants to have a baby with whom they can spend their quality time.

At the same time, people are worried about their child; they want to give them best of best they can give. Obviously it’s not easy to find out what could be best for a child; child can’t ask or demand anything it grows with environment you have created for them. There are even situation when we try to make our child as our dream which we were not able to make true in our life. People wish their children achieve unreachable milestone, and make their name visible to world.

Sometimes we forget that activity which makes up happy will not make to others; same thing applies in case of child. We should not forget that child has their own blessed talent inside of him/her, we should place effort to hid out, not to create our own wish.

People strives to give their child which every others are doing, they are scared that if we would not do like that it would create trouble for my child in future as well to us. Do you think that’s right approach to raise child? Child needs extra care and attention but it does not necessary that you should make them as you wish. People should understand that they are unique like every people and they have their own mission and goal assigned, they will make their own path.

Parents should be good guide for their children, they should not stop to make mistake. We learn from mistake same they can. In now a days, people tend to give our child out of their easy reach because they think that their child should have it, but we are not right.

Every human is good when they born, it’s responsibility of parents who raise them and make them best.

Does success carry frustration?

You might be wonder with the post name because it contains frustration with success, in first shot it does look practical, and it looks weird. Recently before few days back I found a person who is successful in his life still he was carry out frustration and after discussing with him I found that he was carrying out his frustration with his progress.

Certainly, we wonder why he carries out frustration along with his life though he is doing progress and continuously giving boost to his carrier. Many people are benefited and they are happy with his progress then what cause of his happiness, his satisfaction?

After so much of ponder, I found that he is doing all to make people happy, he is trying to make out his emboss in metal though actually he does not like at all. The real cause of frustration was that he was not interested in his carrier to give him happiness; he was just making life cool by taking so much of materialist things.

I say that this situation should not come, at this stage he should look back in his life and he should try out actual reason, real vision of his life, what does he really wanted to do in his life?

Frustration does not come if we really enjoy our life and we enjoy what we do, if frustration goes on with progress then we should give some time to our life and check what was wrong? Do we really want what we are doing? Frustration will not go long if we have chosen right path of our wish, yes, ofcourse it does give frustration in early stage but later on it does give happy life.

On the topic of forgive I have already write one post earlier here. Today again I am going to dig more on this area.

In current life of people they are always driving their self with their emotion, they do not want to hear anyone, and sometimes it noted down that they knew the actual cause still they don’t want to accept. Every human being is seeking for love, respect that they wish to have. It does not happen every time that situation goes well and we get what we have expected. Every person has their own world and we can’t expect that they should have done this for us.

Such event entered down unknown anxiety for the person who have not done what we have expected from them, sometime we promise ourselves to do things, but we don’t able to do it anyhow. In turn, it creates fear; it does not allow taking further step on that road.

Many of physiological, health related problems are cause of this emotions, it also puts you to blame someone, frustration, feeling lonely, and does not allow staying down yourself anywhere.

Forgiveness is the tool through which you overcome from above problems, it creates new path, it opens up new door, and it leads you to new success. Just bow down this line in your wall “I am going to forgive all people and my acts which were driving my each activity”. Repeat this line many times and I am sure you will feel happy, and time comes when you will really forget and forgive all your old worries and can live in present.

It’s simple rule to treat someone as you wished to be treated.

In human life people are seeking for any relation, they always tend to have some follower around them. They wish to have many wishers all the time available to them. Even we think many times how it could be possible to have many relations maintained nicely? It’s not easy to make everyone happy all the time. There could be some time when someone is happy and someone is sad for the same act, does it possible to have all happy? Not certainly.

Then, how do we make them happy? Firstly we should understand every person who gives you respect or warm are not your real wishers. Only few of them are really concerns to your and their happiness along with together. Those people are surely treated specially.

Life is like a tree

Human life can be compared with life of a tree. One of the great difference between them is that tree doesn’t complain by their words while human does.

When tree is planted, it has been raised with the person who has planted, person gives him required necessary thing to grow up, and person cares for growth of tree. Same, parents give so much to new born baby, they do everything for their baby, to make them healthy and strong.

Gradually, with time tree grows and its root goes away deep in the land, they get their required nourishment from it. Child grows and he takes away it’s nourishment by choosing their foods and life style they adopted.

As more time goes, tree gives fruit and child becomes elder. Tree gives away their best to their master, now child can do same with parents.

The phase of elder and to give fruit is very critical. Because it doesn’t possible that every tree gives away fruit and shades, also many tree does not reach to that point. Human life is also gone in that way. Many of people are not blessed to see it.

Tree requires nourishment at the earlier stage after that it does grow with older storage. If tree gets more care it may gives more and time may come when it gives than any one has even expected. To grow better any one needs proper environment, it does not mean they do not live well if they don’t get.

In the absence of proper and matched environment we surely don’t get what it could give. In human life many things are required to grow and shine them properly, it’s not necessary than only enough availability of everything can leads it. Sometimes enough availability may not give out result, because matching is necessary. Like many trees can only grows in the dark shadow while many need sun light as each tree has their own requirement to grow.

Human life only needs proper matching things in their life, the person who found, lucky enough to grow and gives fruits to other human beings.

Pain is beneficial

Most of time, we regret when we undergone through any pain. It’s obvious that any one does not like to pass through pain. But it’s fact that sometimes this pain is beneficial.

People are living in some unknown scare, the scare which can’t be expressed. This scare may be related to identity or may be prestige they have earned for the life. During the pain, they just don’t fear any more, they behave as they are. They don’t have any veil on their personality.

There are so many examples are noted in history where legend had showed their great personality in it. Pain gives you enough time to judge your life; pain gives you plenty of time to lives with your self.

Pain teaches you to live life with our actual attitude. Pain can be any type of whether it’s physical or mentally but it’s sure it does allow you to think differently then you think normally.

Pain makes you aware of what’s going inside of yours and what do you actually want to do in your life. If we look back in past, there were so many person who were in the pain until they left this world, though they were doing work and it was really remarkable things they have given to world.

In pain, person does not think to harm to anyone as they have been already passing through it. They even don’t to wish any one should go with it. Pain means near to experience which you can’t get through any thing or can’t get to know from any book.

Marketing: It’s process to show product before it has been launched. It should arouse curiosity in the mind of consumers. Marketing should be enough strong that once prodcut has been arrived in the market, it should catch eyes of targeting consumers.

During the process of marketing, person doesn't have access to actual product. They can show data of expected product, they can show vision of coming days. Marketing is virtual world, where you need to sketch drawing the sky. Marketing may create possibility of sales. Promotion, branding, brochure etc are part of marketing. Each of them should be enough capable to attract customer.

In short, marketing does create base for the coming product. It does allow consumer to see day dream with featured product.

Sales: It’s process to sale acutal prodcut. It’s tough then marketing. Sales actually generate revenue for the organization. Sales determine balance sheet and profit.

During the sales, person have product in their hand. They should be enough convicining power to sale it. Sales person should have ability to show consumer what they have expected in their need. Sales person does show their product is outstanding in market and it’s one which can fulfill their requirement.

In short, sale is post process once marketing is over and actual product is being created and launched in market.

There are very few people who have not heard this type of sentence from any one. Moreover many of them have gone through this process and succeed or failed. People who have not gone through it scare them.

There are many type of relationship which does go well though what so ever distance, but few are them don’t work. Some special relationship which has been given so much of attention in life, are the accused of it.

Let’s just think about business relationship, now a day business are grown without any physical boundary and it’s not depend on any of the particular region. Even it’s possible that we have not met them and still we have been in business relationship. Business relationship tends to be most successful though there is lot distance between them. It depends on the service and trust placed with years. It grows with the seeds to continuous prosperity of them.

Now turn to personal relationship, where people are driven. Their life are driven by particular person, particular relationship. It’s obvious that it does not work well in the long distance, many research says that it loos charm as distance grows.

In recent time, it happens that both of life partner work and they try to make their dream come true in various era of their interest. Same time it becomes necessary to choose right person as your life partner with right carrier. Sometime it happens that in the showoff person tends to go with whom they can’t live happily.

It has been seen many times that new employee doesn’t work well. Employee and management struggle for the work assigned and completation. Many times it affects a lot in the company’s all over environment and sometime it also creates very bad result all over.

There are different types of delegation technique.

First is the old rigid one: in which we order to get job done, give me result, give me output, do this, do this way, all bla bla. This is very old fashioned delegation technique it does not work in current situation where we should take care of human self esteem.

Second take your share in result: in this technique delegation empowers person do to work willingly. Person should feel to do work for his growth, he should take his responsibility. He should be self initiate, manager should not involve in how to do it, and he should be interested in the result. Manager should not be master but he is helper when it requires. Person is master of himself, he is ordered by his desires to get job done.

There are many factors which lead to which one is best for any particular one. Person who are doing business think if they could do job and person who are doing job think if they could do business.

If person is doing well in their job and only thinking about economical business then they should stop to think for business. Business can only be run by the person who can handle stressful situation. Now, dispute start if I can handle my job well, then I should easily run the same business. Business person requires to look after in many areas of business like management, dealing with investor, communication with public, handling client on their time, managing funding, employee management, assets management, partner shares, wellness of business in critical time, future expansion of business , current market trends etc.

If you see that you have all these quality then you should not wait for a moment and get in to it, in business you need to go through many stress, it does not include only work it includes life of many people working with you.

It is much necessary to have self confident when going to start any new thing. That is the driving force for success. If you are lacking from it, there is chances of failure. This is very basic need in every aspect of life routine.

It can be improved by self practice and focuing on your activites that makes you happy.

Let me discuss it one by one.

1) Don’t get advice from more people: it has been shown that when people are not much confident on what they are doing, they take advice from so many peoples and drive on various opinoin given by individual. It’s good to take advice from the experts but at the same time so many advice from different experts makes you unconfirmtable, you think that will it be done by me or not? Will it go as they have done? Just take advice from very few people to whom you trust and you respect their advice and just go for it.

2) Don’t take turn early when you don’t see any result: sometime when we start our journey we feel that we are going on wrong path or we are doing well. We are ashtonished by other people and tend to choose that way, though we are doing well at our place. It is not good to turn when you are on the mid of your way, because it will makes you fear to go on way next time. Yes, if you take turn, next time you will surely tell to your self, this is not my cup of tea I can’t do this.

3) Give appraisal to your self: when ever you reach to your milestone, appreciate your effort. This will surely add more confident to your self. It makes you feel that you can do that. You can go ahead with such a nice progress. You have enough things to reach there.

Today I am going to discuss some of the very important point about make relation live and long with anyone.

We always heard this world or we may have told to someone…”I trust you..” But we don’t really concern about what we told and sometime a small misunderstanding leads to break the relation. Then what should we need to say or needs to make sure so relation does not break at all and it should go on and on.

It’s really interesting to know this fact because it’s already in our life and we don’t give attention to that part. That is the “Faith”. Yes Faith, we use this word instead of Trust when we really matter for the lifelong relation.

Let me elaborate this a bit, most of people in the world believe in GOD and we don’t say that GOD I don’t trust you or God is not doing well because I am not getting what I was expecting… etc..

We just follow their virtues by Faith, we highly believe that he will take care of it what so ever happen, he knows his duty. We don’t need to worry about him If he does not give what we desire because he knows well what can be best for us…

This same phenomena applies in the relation, we hear many bad and good things about people to whom we told “I trust you..” and sometime they behave differently what we have not even thought. Definitely this makes end of relation, but sometime situation plays significant role, and we don’t try to find it before we take any serious decision.

We can say that if we are really care for our relation we need to be blind for their any act which does not like us, as we know in faith at the end all things goes well. Same will be happen with the relation may be possible bad time come but it is just testing the faith of the Relation.

It has been quite a lot time come to situation when someone ask for your guidance particular when you are on senior level. Its humble duty of person to give proper guidance and it should be in such manner that it allows learner to find out proper solution.

I do recommend following points should be considered when we are going to guide someone.

Listen the Problem: there are many books who suggest first listen carefully what the problem. You might have already experienced this, it is required to know full details of problem, what are the causes, what do they expect, how it can be done and many more. For all you need to give chance to describe problem and you need to be patient to hear all.

Explain the problem: Once you have listened carefully, and point out things in mind. Just describe problem to learner and confirm if it is the one you understand well. Here is the place you can add more details in problem if learner asks for it.

Use Note and Pen: Once you have understood problem and solution use note and pen to describe your solution. Use hypothetical data and try to give answer by using it. Divide problem in small steps and explain each step and its solution. Write down result on each step and what would be input in next step.

Apply Solution: if everything is cleared in note and pen then it’s time to use that solution in the real world application. You can transfer step of note to real application, and show how it could be easily accommodate in existing application.

Give out a test: Now it’s duty of guider to give out a test to learner that is based on the problem he/she might have. It’s necessary because in next time it should not be repeated and he/she needs to come back with same problem.

Verify Test Result: At last it is required to check test result given to learner. It’s very critical step to give full understanding of solution, because it may be possible learner have understand the solution but he does not know how to implement in real world if data is slightly different.

There are so many places we found we are caught in cage; we don’t know what step should be taken to come out from particular situation. It’s very hard when we put in problem, region other than we live, and other place where we don’t know language of it.

We think it could be better if this situation happens in our region, or it would be nice if we know language of that region. Obviously, it’s good to know languages of many regions, it makes easy to be make comfort for both of us and people live there.

Here it does not mean that, we don’t know certain language and we can’t convey our perspective and view to people of their region. There are many unknown and hidden forces are exists which convey our message to them. There are so many people in history who didn’t know language of all worlds and still we know them and respect their thoughts, we wish to follow them.

When you have good vision, good faith, good intense it does not necessary, you should know language to pass it. Language can’t be barrier for anyone, who wants to make world better place to live and who are ready to make happy to all.

It’s necessary that you feel people’s need, not by words but by their expression. Its sure language can be different but expression for particular feelings will be same in any language.

Certainly we feel strange by hearing that a person throw out her diamond. This is just an example of very low importance of things in life, there could be many more things are exists in human's life.

Each and every thing is valued by the importance given to them. We all know that above commodities in market are very expensive and have great value in future terms too. Though there are two reason for it, one is limited availability and other one is very much importance given by human.

Just think that, from next day people take out their interest in Gold, Silver and start to take interest in Iron, definitely gradually Iron's price will increase and may be it cross Gold too.

Similar in life, some person and relations are important to us because we have given them so much important in our life. They may ride us as they wish; they may consider them all for us...

They are important by us not by their act. Every person is important to someone; it’s not necessary that you have to be some celebrity or have to invent something to be important. A person sweeps road is much important to his family as a company's CEO to run business.

It’s obvious that we get bored from day to day.. Routine life and some time it may leads to so much of frustration and may be possible it could affect to all over carrier and each and every aspect of life.

Here I am going to explain way to be up to high potential of life it can be...

First we always tried to ignore getting up early and going to same work, this is with what day starts with anxiety..For this situation we have few choices.. We can join some gym or early morning classes for our health and then directly went out for work. If don’t like to wake up early then we already wake up .. try to talk in office for late time… in few days a week. This change will surely keep a good impression in rest of day.

Now let’s come to work environment… it’s the place where you spent your most of the time when you are in really awake.. Because average a person pass more than 8-10 hours at the work place and it could be best time because they stays there from sun rises to dark evening. Work place can be changed in such a way that it shows each and everything you wish over there.. if you are working in computer than change your wall paper ..It can be a change. Change the way you work, like change your seat’s color, change your working dress and many litter things. It will surely give you many changes and makes your life live than it became dead a while ago.

After work, this is the time when most of people see them self exhausted and not ready for even a walk from hall to dining room. I suggest take long walk from your office and take some time to reach to home. Take meal late than usual time. Give some time to read precious reading that can be beneficial to your health, your mind level and sometime of course to your knowledge for happy life.

Once you reach to home.. Some time switched off your cell and takes all of your time to your family member. Go for surprise dinner with family, everybody likes surprise then why don’t we give such things to our very near family members who are waiting for all the time?

At night before go in bed, don’t think lot about tomorrow’s planning just sleep well why don’t every day. Think about tomorrow sometime be chill and enjoy and say to yourself it will be seen what so ever happen tomorrow.

Call to friends not for any work but just to say “hi!”, try to be different, surely it give pleasure to us and people around us. We need to show dare to think different and it makes us different and special among the mass.

In our life we see so many advertisement for sale of various products but very less can get what they have estimated. If we see very closely any advertisement, it most time less than 20-30 seconds but still they put an impression to the end user who tempts to have it.

After so many research and surveys an advertisement comes in the floor also it requires very sharp skills to convey your message to audience with in few seconds. You need to very to the point and yet to simple so everybody can understand what do you want to tell them.

It has been happened many times we get information around the world, some time we know source of information and some time not.. But it’s sure it can be helpful to someone if it has been sent out in timely.

Information is required to execute every task of day to life, say for example people needs to know what’s going in the share market? What are the last plus rate of their heart beat, what would be average of car? How could you protect your self to prevent from un-authorized access?

In above all situation, information is correlated with information itself, you can’t say you are not using any information in you daily life. Each and every activities are depends on information you gained from someone or self experience.

Information makes life better than you have ever when it comes to right people at right time. When things are not on your hand and you tried enough to get it work, you have only choice to wait. There is no other option either you forget to have it or wait.

Just think about an incident when you are about to leave your city and waiting for flight to come and you suddenly get news that flight would be late for a day. Now if you take transportation, it would take same time as you would reach by late flight.

You have to wait for a day to go in flight or you can go by other transportation and just cursing why did that happen with you?

Every body regret such incident but what can be other thing, we can take this wait as a turn around and we can take it positively, we can prepare our selves for journey, we may take some valuable decision when we would land in our destiny. We have time to think about our journey. We have time to recheck our things and if we would miss something we can pack it back.

Sometime this wait may turn you to more prepared, you could be easily accommodate your self when you would be in your destination place.

Always things have some purpose, we should be thankful for having it, we should take advantage of it rather than cursing it.

Next day journey could be more comfortable, if we could enjoy wait we got by accidentally.

We mostly hear so many speeches and lecture on how to make good relation with people, how to win heart of people, how to be successful by having warm from every one.

Of course it’s makes happy when you welcome by everyone, it makes you more attentive when your thoughts are welcomed. But one thing is missing every time, we make relation with people to whom we want to be, we rarely give very less precious time to people who are really wish to have pass with us, who really wants to be with us, who really need, who are the one that allowed you to make your own identity.

Yes, you are taking right meaning, we should have to initiate each and everything with our near once, they are the one who hoped on us; they are the one who provided environment to grow up.

People who are around us, given opportunity to light up over carrier, our life should be blessed by us. Though they don’t expect it, we should give it. Sometime it’s needed to give though no one asked.

As a human being we hate to be in same place after doing so much effort. We don’t like to see place which we were planning to leave, we don’t like to work for what we tried escape.

It’s sure no body likes when they don’t reach to their destination after doing so much of hard work. It’s painful when you don’t find any reason to justify your fail. After doing effort of days, moths or even sometime for years we again come to the point where we have started.

I think at that we don’t have to frustrate rather than we need to be cheerful, we could get chance to enjoy journey to a goal. If you see history people always tried to find something or looking to have some magical thing, once they reached to their destination they don’t feel that much happiness or if they feel it doesn’t long lasting.

Here, point is that we always enjoy journey towards destination not the destination. There is no destination or final success it’s always unbeatable, once we reached a goal, it automatically sets new one to chase last one.

So, when U turn comes in life, it simply means we didn’t reach to our goal but we enjoyed our journey of it, now with that experience we can start journey again, as we got experience till this time, it can be very helpful for us as well as other to go wisely and take certain decision in proper time.

U turn gets who are enough lucky because now again they got new chance with experience, they have passed way to destination but couldn’t able to visit it.

Yachting gives tremendous pleasure, it wash out every pain you have, it lands up in lap of nature. We can take that pleasure every time though we go in water or not.

You must be wonder and you might ask how could it be possible without going in water? Yes you are right, but can’t we say our life is one type of ocean where we come to face unknown path we have not taken earlier.

If we go in water without any experienced person, it’s sure we may not come back, or we can’t enjoy yachting, it could be scary. Same can be applied in our lives; we need advice of experts to live happily our life. We can enjoy it if we follow advice of those experts.

There can be unknown place where we have not visited but we can take advice of people who have gone their earlier. Like all human nature we don’t feel safe to walk alone in path, we need companion to pass way, it can be easy with companion we pass away whole sea and we don’t come to realize how long we be far and reached to our destination.

Yachting can be more pleasurable, if we choose good boat with good sailor. Life can be more beautiful by taking a right path created by us and by going with right person. It feels like we are on the way to great god, and welcoming every single moment with full energy of nature.

The driving force to live life is based on emotion we have. Every single moment or act depends on the emotions at that time.

People can try to control their every life activity but some emotion can’t be controlled and we can’t override it by having so many replacement. It’s easy that when you love to make your work with positive emotion it can be done very easily like you were playing games.

Same time if you love to do other work then it could be worst then ever situation for you. Person can bare any circumstances in their life but they can be defeat easily with their own emotion. Most of the time we meet and make relation with people, some relation goes longs till life depart it, this all can be said depends of emotion you have for that relation.

As every time there could be positive and negative side act, emotion can be great medicine if you get same emotional support in turn and it could me more than poison of cobra if you get inverse emotion in turn.
